As Head of Digital Innovation, I'm leading the transformation of our new Digital Innovation division with a Lean Approach. This method allows us to minimize inefficiency, optimize resources, and quickly adapt based on real-world feedback. Our objectives are now multifaceted:

We are cultivating an innovation culture that embraces a variety of fields, including cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3, alongside other digital innovations. This encourages creativity and experimentation across a broad spectrum of technologies.

Our structured methodology, underpinned by lean principles, now supports innovation in multiple areas, including blockchain and crypto technologies. This framework facilitates ideation, prototyping, testing, and scaling in various aspects of digital innovation.

Applying lean strategies, we aim to design a roadmap for ongoing innovation that considers the potentials of Web3, blockchain, and crypto, as well as other emerging digital technologies. This involves setting up agile innovation pipelines and forming partnerships with external stakeholders in diverse fields.

By integrating the lean approach with this broad focus on various innovative technologies, we are instilling a versatile, innovation-driven mindset within the organization. This results in a dynamic flow of digital innovations, spanning traditional and emerging tech spheres, impacting the market significantly.

Il Robot non veste Prada.

Dopo il post in cui annunciavo il pre-ordine dell’umanoide domestico NEO di 1x.tech, qualcuno mi ha chiesto di che colore lo avessi preso.
La mia risposta è stata tra provocazione e realtà “tanto lo vestirò.”

Poche ore dopo mi scrive Giuseppe Casuccio  un visionario, o come direbbe qualcuno, un pazzo furioso, che sta lavorando a un progetto incredibile: creare abiti per robot.
Non solo con design adatto alle linee, colori e materiali di in robot, ma anche funzionale.
Un mix di stile, ergonomia e tecnologia.

Il progetto si chiama Stratum e rappresenta un’idea tanto folle quanto geniale:
mentre molti investono in negozi di cover per smartphone, lui ha deciso di creare la cover per i robot.

Puo sembrare folle ma proprio come la storia del Re nudo, ora che me lo ha fatto notare lui, cavolo questi robot sono tutti nudi! Vanno vestiti!
