Communicate, speak, express as per me these all are synonyms of EMPOWER. 

Speaking isn't about just words or vocabulary, it's about putting out your thoughts, ideas, feelings, and intuitions with an intention AND AN INTENTION CAN CHANGE THE WORLD! 

So for me teaching how to communicate with confidence is a passion that turned into a purpose. I coach working professionals for transformation and develop a high-performing mindset. The Coaching process involves breaking deep-rooted beliefs about the fear of speaking or expressing not just with others but also elevating the positive self-talk to amplify the positive mindset. 

From training & coaching Leaders, Executives, Coaches, and everyone looking to grow their charismatic presence with their demeanor and words, to help every individual vocalize and enunciate with confidence and clarity. It's not just about teaching the nuances of communication but also about priming individuals to adopt a growth mindset to evolve and ultimately achieve the version of themselves that they have always dreamt of. 

I don't focus on the superficial facade I believe in working on the root cause! Because I believe you can’t hide from fear.. you can only face it, and finally overcome it!

For many people, it was a shock that I achieved this in less than a year.
Yes, in less than a year, 𝑰 𝒘𝒐𝒏 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒕 𝒍𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍. 

Coming in second only means one thing: 
I have a lot more to offer next year. Stay tuned!

This all happened because of my passion for speaking and storytelling. 
There's no place I'd rather be than on stage, sharing my thoughts with a captivated audience. 
The love and affection I receive from their eyes simply fuels my passion.

But this isn't just about me. 

If my journey can inspire one person to find their voice and share their story, then this entire experience will be even more meaningful.

International Speech Contest- Second Place

As a Moderator for exchange4media's "The Great Debate Series," I had the privilege of leading discussions on the crucial topic of PR education in today's rapidly evolving landscape. The focus was on how PR programs can adapt to the increasing influence of artificial intelligence (AI) and ensure that students are equipped with the skills needed to succeed in the modern PR industry.

The debates brought together industry leaders and academic experts who shared their insights on the current state of PR education. We explored whether existing programs are effectively preparing students for the job market and whether they are adequately addressing the challenges posed by AI. The discussions were thought-provoking and highlighted the need for a more holistic approach to PR education that incorporates AI literacy and critical thinking.

By engaging with both industry and academia, we were able to identify key areas for improvement and explore innovative solutions to ensure that PR education remains relevant and effective in the age of AI.

Let’s talk about it. Because we’ve all met that person.

The one who jokes at your expense…
Corrects you in front of everyone…
Or gives you that “you don’t know anything” tone.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 (𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁):

1. 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗹𝘆.
Not in an aggressive way.
Just: “Hey, I don’t appreciate comments like that.”
People get away with belittling you because you never call it out.

2. 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 “𝗻𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿”.
Example:
“You said X. It felt dismissive. Was that your intention?”
Most people pull back immediately because you’ve made them aware without attacking.

3. 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.
When someone tries to talk over you in a group, don’t go quiet.
Jump right back in:
“Hold on, I wasn’t done.”
Say it with a calm tone. That’s power.

4. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲.
If every interaction drains you, reduce access.
You’re not rude. You’re protecting your peace.

People who make others feel small are usually terrified of feeling small themselves.

Their behaviour reflects them, not you.

Your job?
Hold your ground. Not louder. Just clearer.

What do you think is worse?

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲… 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲? 

Success will push you into the spotlight, but your voice has to keep you there.

Reading notes is okay. Everyone does it.
But 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗼.

People don’t connect to perfect lines.
They connect to lived moments.
So the next time you speak, 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀… 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆.

That’s what makes your message unforgettable.

People don’t remember the person who speaks the most.

Try giving the room one clear idea next time you speak.
Watch how people suddenly turn towards you.

And the easiest thing to do?
Stay quiet. Avoid conflict. Move on.

But....
Every time you stay silent… you’re teaching people that it’s okay.

You don’t need drama.
You don’t need a confrontation.

You just need one clear line:
“𝗛𝗲𝘆, 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮/𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻. 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.”

That’s it.
Polite.
Direct.
No ego, no anger.

It’s about protecting your work and your confidence.

And trust me, people remember the voices that don’t disappear.
