After consuming hours of content on LinkedIn this year, I arrived at one conclusion:

When it comes to success, it’s not about how much advice, tips, or strategies you collect, it’s about how much of it you actually put into practice.

Progress depends on one thing:

Taking action.

And taking action is often boring.

It looks like:

-Connecting with 10 people a day
-DMing 20 people a day
-Sending cold emails and getting no replies
-Writing one post every day

But over time, it’s the compound effect of these small, consistent actions that brings you closer to your goals.

If you are not willing to take actions daily even if you don’t feel like it, you’re not going to make progress. 

And you’ll find yourself at square one. 

Every.Single.Time. 

So in 2026, I’m consuming fewer tips and taking more action with the knowledge I already have.

Unpopular opinion:

You don't need to be a "good writer" to be a published author.

You need to:
- Have valuable expertise
- Organize it clearly  
- Get professional help
- Actually finish and publish

I've worked with many authors this year. 
Most said "I'm not a writer."

They're right. They're not.
They're AUTHORS.

There's a difference.

“Let me think about it.”
Why you shouldn’t believe it and what to do instead.

Ever been on a call with a prospect and you hear the famous “let me think about it”?

When I was really new to this game (still learning btw), I used to believe it.

I’d wait for the prospect to come back to me after a few days… sometimes months.
Guess what.

9 times out of 10, they never did.
I would be left disappointed and frustrated. 

With time, I understood that “let me think about it” is usually a soft no.

A polite decline.

When you’re on a call, the outcome should be a clear YES or NO.
Anything else is friction and potential time-wasting.

Here’s how I handle “let me think about it” today.

1/ Work it backwards
I make sure my offer is super clear from the start so there are no gaps or confusion in between.

2/ Pre-qualify calls
I send a Tally form first to see if the person is actually a fit.

3/ Handle objections properly
Instead of saying “cool, I’ll expect your call” and moving on, I try to understand what the hesitation actually is. 

I ask questions like:⬇️
– Is there anything stopping you from starting today?
– Is there any other decision-maker you need to consult?

Bonus:
If you sell group coaching, create urgency so you reduce hesitation.

For example:
– Offer expires in 10 days or 
– Limited spots available

In conclusion:

Don’t be afraid of a soft no.
Dig deeper to find the real reason behind the hesitation.

Fix it backwards.

It’ll save you a lot of time, which you CANT afford to waste as a founder, right?

As a leader it's very easy to feel imposter syndrome.

You think about: 

People’s opinions.
Their reactions.
Your competition.

You think you are not good enough to share your story.

But the truth is different.

You are good enough to share your story.

Here’s what to focus on instead:

1/You have experience others need.
2/You have knowledge earned through real work.
3/You have methods that create results.
4/You have case studies that prove your value.

These form the core of your story.

These are the reasons people will listen to you.

All you need is the boldness to share it. 

Here’s why this morning I conducted a workshop with leaders and showed them the power of sharing their story through a book.

And why it quietly destroys their writing momentum.

You rewrite instead of progressing

You judge ideas too early

You lose momentum fast

And people read books from authors who they:

— Trust
— Understand
— Feel guided by

So if you have overthinking (or perfection pressure):

— Chapters stall
— Ideas weaken
— Confidence drops

Because your message to them → never reaches the page.

“What should I write today?”

Write one imperfect paragraph

Capture one clear idea

Move forward without revising

And make sure you don’t miss this part.

Write your draft so your reader can:

Understand your point fast

Follow your logic easily

Feel guided through each step

If your audience understands quickly…

— Your writing feels smoother
— Your ideas become stronger
— Your book becomes finishable

At this point you have 2 options:

Continue overthinking
— More stalled chapters
— More anxiety
— More unfinished manuscripts

Start drafting without judgment
— Build speed so you finish
— Build clarity so you improve
— Build confidence so you publish

When people say "I don't have the money" here's what they really mean: 

And it's not what they say.

First and foremost, people have money, at least your target audience does.

However, there are two issues at hand:

Value and Offer.

When someone says "I don't have money," what they mean is your product might not be valuable enough for them.

In that case, most people try to negotiate it down. However, the real work is to reinforce the value.

Secondly, not having money might mean that your offer is not compelling enough.

Saying "I help coaches save time" is an offer.

But "I help busy coaches save 100 hours/week through my proven protocol so they close 5 high-ticket clients per month" is an irresistible offer.

Everything depends on how you package it.

Finally, if all of these are in place but you're still hearing "I don't have the money"

Then the problem might be that you're speaking to the wrong people.

You may need to change who you're speaking to and find people who can afford your services.

Because they do exist.
