Spearheaded the development and management of the Funding Lifecycle Management module, CRM Module and Inter-departmental management module, a digital Founder Engagement Platform resulting in a 30% increase in the number of assessed investment deals, thereby diversifying the potential investment pool.

Orchestrated the compliance of Fund’s disinvestment processes and facilitated exits and follow on investments collaborating with founders, investors and hosting internal Investment committee meetings. 

Played a pivotal role in launching a strategic partnership program to foster an ecosystem for early-stage founders. Forged partnerships and hosted cohorts with e-cells of top technical universities and incubators across the country. 

Worked as a Program Strategist, played a pivotal role in building the product stack to facilitate the expansion of fund services into global markets.

Co-founded and piloted the use of immersive learning technology in primary education, introducing modern tools such as virtual and augmented reality, and serious games to the classroom well before widespread adoption. 

Through collaboration with local government and school management in the Wayanad and Kottayam districts of Kerala, the project successfully introduced immersive learning techniques to over 100 students in the areas of language and science instruction. 

The program has been temporarily paused for further R&D.
