We had some seriously scary situations in the health of the kids, and even of myself, I had lost trust in pretty much everything. Looking back I probably had PTSD. So it was time to find my authentic self. Luckily I had been exposed to Louise Hay and Susan Jeffers, as a child from my mum, so I was very open to reading self help books, audios and personal development material in general #GAMECHANGER. Then I came across an opportunity that gave me the tools to grow, improve my mindset and build a business that ticks all the boxes.
