As a construction management professional with a background in architecture and a Master’s in Design Management, I specialize in blending strategic insight with day-to-day project execution. Over the past decade, I’ve led capital projects, landlord build-outs, and tenant improvements across commercial, retail, and luxury interior portfolios, ensuring every detail is tightly aligned with budget, schedule, and stakeholder goals.

What differentiates me is the ability to bridge construction, design, and finance. I speak fluently across disciplines—whether it’s coordinating with superintendents and vendors on-site, aligning with leasing and asset teams, or reconciling project costs with CFOs and controllers. This dual fluency has made me a go-to partner for organizations looking to drive performance and transparency from the field up.

Previously in a VP role, I’ve intentionally returned to project-facing work to stay closer to the craft and ensure the work gets done right. My approach is proactive and detail-driven—solving complex problems before they surface, identifying disconnects between projections and progress, and connecting numbers to performance in real time.

I bring strong working knowledge of Procore, MRI, AVID, Revit, and MS Project, and I’m quick to implement systems that improve clarity and control.
