Description:
As a Data Analyst, I am working on giving insights out of customer data. This involves analysing raw data by extracting data to get relevant information by further cleaning and transforming it for meaningful analysis. Skills involved in carrying out this task is usage of Pyspark in Azure Databricks environment. 
The analysis is continued by creating visualisations using tools like Tableau and Microsoft Power BI. These visualisations are further used to give important insights out of data and presenting them further to clients.

Apart from this I am also involved in following the tasks:
- Installation of various analytics tools on server.
- Applying predictive modelling on customer data for predicting their purchase behaviour and getting their customer journey. Predicting customer sentiments using deep learning algorithm like TensorFlow.
- Training team members on Microsoft Power BI and Spark.
- Attending client based meetings to understand the requirements properly and further presenting the desired output to them.

Apart from this I actively spent sometime on daily-basis to answer Power BI related queries on Microsoft's Power BI Community Group Platform. This exercise keeps me highly motivated and provides multiple opportunities to learn new functionalities in Microsoft Power BI from fellow community members.

Data Analyst

Description:
As a Data Analyst Intern, I have worked with giving insight to customer data; by analysing raw customer data, extracting relevant data, cleaning data for making it meaningful for analysis and further creating visualisation using tools like Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
Technical skills and tools which I am using here are MySQL, HeidiSQL, Tableau, Talend Data Integration, Spark-Scala, Microsoft Power BI, R, Zeppelin.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis of raw customer data.
- Extraction of relevant data from the raw data based on the requirement for further analysis.
- Cleaning data by eliminating missing values, irrelevant data which is not helpful for analysis.
- Visualizing data by producing certain graphs and dashboards using visualization tools.
- Adding calculations to visualization tools as per requirement.
- Installation of various analytics tools on server.
- Applying predictive modelling on customer data for predicting their purchase behavior.
- Training team members on Microsoft Power BI and Spark.
As an one year intern, I have also received "Employee of the Month" award once for my commitment and hard-work on a project and delivering it on time by meeting it's tough deadlines.

Description - 
Involved in the development of TCS Bancs Product.
The assignment was to implement Core Banking Solution for above Banks.
Have worked on different modules like Deposit, CIF, CASA and mainly Cheques and Clearing. The main challenge was working on new requirements and gaining new functional knowledge.

Responsibilities - 
-Understanding the functional specifications and requirement analysis.
-Writing the technical design and finalizing the solution approach.
-Preparing the Unit Test Plan and specifications.
-Involved in developing quality documents using iQMS.
-Organizing training for users.
-Solving any issues or problems that are reported and identified in the system.
-Discussing any changes involved with business functionality, with application users and Business Analysts.
-Status reporting to Senior Management.
-Taking forward team’s initiative of process and performance improvements from time to time.
-Providing support to Quality Assurance Team. 
-Timely identification, analysis and escalations of bottleneck issues.
-Also worked with the Functional Team for demonstrating product to the clients.

I have worked on TCS BaNCS Core Banking System. I had started my career with a development project of Central Bank of Bangladesh. I worked here as a team member in the development project. I was assigned with development tasks as per the requirement. For this project I have worked on Cheques and Clearing module. Working on this retail banking product and opportunity to do the implementation for Central Bank, has helped me to face new challenges, newer functionalities, different requirements and varied client expectations. It has helped in improving the versatility and adaptability during the development process.
