Now I lead HubSpot for Startups in France, partnering with 100+ VCs, incubators, and accelerators to help early-stage founders scale without breaking the bank. Whether it's getting pre-seed startups their first real customers or helping Series A companies grow from 10 to 100 employees without imploding, my job is connecting founders with the connections, processes, and tools they actually need. Having lived the startup journey from the inside, I know what moves the needle and what's just noise. 🇫🇷 Après avoir travaillé dans des startups SaaS à San Francisco, Londres et Paris, j'ai compris un truc : avoir le bon écosystème, c'est bien plus important qu'avoir la tech parfaite. Aujourd'hui, je dirige HubSpot for Startups en France, où je collabore avec plus de 100 VCs, incubateurs et accélérateurs pour aider les fondateurs early-stage à scaler sans se ruiner. Que ce soit pour décrocher les premiers vrais clients d'une startup pre-seed ou aider une boîte en Série A à passer de 10 à 100 employés sans que tout parte en vrille, mon job c'est de connecter les fondateurs avec les relations, process et outils dont ils ont vraiment besoin. Ayant vécu l'aventure startup de l'intérieur, je sais ce qui fait vraiment bouger les lignes et ce qui n'est que du bruit. Si tu construis quelque chose d'intéressant, si tu investis dans ce qui va compter demain, ou si tu veux qu'on explore un partenariat, on se prend un thé (coffee people, I'll make an exception) – en virtuel ou IRL !

En novembre, on a organisé un tournoi de padel founders x VCs avec Matthieu Charriere

On s'attendait à 30 inscrits. On en a eu 300+.

Tout le monde est venu à l'heure (oui, des founders, à l'heure — on a les preuves). 
En 2h de padel, j'ai vu des founders et des VCs se parler vraiment. Pas pitcher. Se parler
Bref, on s'est regardés et on s'est dit : "ok, on refait. Mais en plus grand."

Pas besoin d'être le GOAT du padel. Faut juste être founder, VC, ou avoir une bonne excuse.
