Right now I am focussed on building my own SaaS, PostFlow, and solve business problems for our fantastic customers at Reruption.

Goals with PostFlow:
→ find out how far AI can take a tiny, tiny team. 
→ Maximize independence. 
→ Build a steady MRR.

In true #buildinpublic style I'm sharing my product, growth, tech and AI learnings here.

And since 2019, as a "Co-Preneur", I worked as an innovation consultant with my own company Reruption. I am an expert in strategy, digital sales, business design and innovation management.

Organizations that trusted me: STIHL, Mercedes Benz, BOSCH, Festo, Festool, Internetstores, Signa Sports United, Eberspächer, oddity.

Some challenges I have solved for my clients:
1. "We've developed a virtual reality application. Now someone needs to sell it!"
2. "We want to build a startup in the education space, but don't know where to start!"
3. "We want to test an e-bike subscription business. Is this a good business case?"
4. "We want to get TISAX/ISO:9001 certified. Who will organize this for us?"
5. "We need to hire 'Solution Architects'. How do we find out which candidates are good?"
6. "We want to sell data to architects and make money. But do they need it?"

My mission is to help organizations drive change and innovation.

My motto: Quality prevails, always improve.

Website building tools like Squarespace, Wordpress, Wix can not keep up with the reality of AI in 2025, let alone in 2026. 

In December I re-worked our Reruption website in 80-100 hours to update our projects, shape it towards our AI offerings and most importantly: implement programmatic SEO.

I created 2.900 individual pages from scratch in 3 clusters:
1. Services x Industry x City
2. Industry examples of companies using AI
3. How-to use AI in any given company department

Here's what nobody tells you: page builders are built for template assembly. Slot A into Slot B. Done.

But AI can write completely individual pages from scratch. Not assembled templates. Actual unique content.

The problem? No existing tools support this at scale.

So I built everything custom. 

THE RESULT: 100x more impressions and 20-30x more clicks - and I launched just before Christmas.

SEO (and GEO [= LLM search optimiziation] for that matter) are very long term plays, but with the surge of new traffic I'm sure we're on the right track here.

I spent 18 months learning about software engineering and AI was my teacher, but: my knowledge is already worthless.

Andrew Karpathy (former Tesla AI chief) said he feels more left behind than ever in his career. And he's a world-class expert.

I'm just 18 months in and I already feel it.

Here's the brutal truth: I barely look at code anymore, even with more complex projects. I describe what I want, let AI build it, iterate until it works.

The knowledge I just learned? Already obsolete.

Everyone screams "upskill constantly!" but the gap between learning and obsolescence collapsed to zero.

The half-life of technical knowledge shrunk to nothing.

Everyone's still optimizing for Google while ChatGPT is already deciding which companies to recommend.

I'm betting equally on GEO and SEO instead - optimizing for AI models, not only search algorithms.

When someone asks ChatGPT "recommend an AI consulting firm in Stuttgart for construction" - the AI synthesizes and recommends. Your traditional SEO playbook? Useless.

Three signals AI actually cares about:

→ Mass: Cover as many topic combinations through programmatic SEO as possible and useful for a human

→ Quality: AI-generated content, but individualized for each variant in a way that is actually insightful for a real human

→ Reliability: Academic citations, footnotes, multiple sources to increase the chance that AIs regard your content as "true"

The twist? AI makes this economically viable for bootstrappers, small consulting boutiques and startups. 

Previously this kind of content generation was impossible without massive teams.

Most people are fighting the last war. The real opportunity? Position for AI recommendation engines now.
