Over the last 15 years, I've scaled marketing teams in 42 countries, built the CRM strategy for one of the largest automotive after-market players in the EU, and created and built new digital business models for SMEs based on data. As a freelancer, I now use my experience in marketing, technology, and data to help ambitious scale-ups and SMEs achieve data-driven marketing and business growth without guesswork. 

I'm a marketeer, developer, and data nerd! 

Every day I get to combine digital marketing, technology, and data to create solutions to problems for clients. The customer is always at the center of everything I do. For me, data is an indispensable resource to ideally adapt the company to its needs - both customer and the employees - to achieve the best possible result for all sides. 

In doing so, I move daily in the areas of web tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Matomo, Piwik), data warehouses (Redshift, Google BigQuery, SQL), business intelligence & analytics (PowerBI, Power Query, Dax, Looker, Datastudio), AI development and performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn XING Instagram). 

I am driven to generate knowledge and action guidance from existing datasets. Thanks to my many years of experience, I support my clients not only in deriving suitable marketing strategies, but also in filling them with life!

The basis for this is the development of an iterative marketing data strategy.

Additionally, as a podcaster at dataengage.io, I cover all facets of data usage in marketing and sales - with each interview partner I learn something new about how data usage can help us.

Aber nicht, weil es gut ist, sondern weil wir nicht wegsehen können.

Genauso  „Sex sells“
Alles eine biologische Abkürzung, ins Aufmerksamkeitszentrum. 

Um mal das Analogie Spiel zu spielen: 
Das sind alles digitale Autounfälle

Aufmerksamkeit ohne Bedeutung, ohne Wirkung

Was mir Sorge macht:
Marken setzen vermehrt auf Provokation, Noise, künstliche „Mutigkeit“.

Nur ersetzt Lautstärke keine Wirkung. 
Und Klicks sind keine Kaufgründe.

👉 Aufmerksamkeit ≠ Wirkung
👉 Laut ≠ relevant
👉 Klick ≠ Kauf

Wir verwechseln Reizintensität mit Relevanz.

Dabei funktioniert Werbung nur, wenn sie resoniert, nicht wenn sie triggert.

Das erlebe ich bri Marketingteams immer wieder:
Neue Kanäle, 
neue Tools, 
neue Agentur, 
neues Design.

Alles wird neu gemacht, aus Angst, sonst „nicht mehr mitzuhalten“.

Aber: Marken wachsen nicht durch Tempo, sondern durch Wiederholung.

Was bei uns „alt“ wirkt, ist beim Kunden oft gerade erst angekommen.

Bekanntheit entsteht aus Vertrautheit – und Vertrauen entsteht aus Konsistenz.

Gerade jetzt, wo AI-Suche und neue Interfaces das Spiel verändern,
wird Wiedererkennbarkeit zum entscheidenden Vorteil.

Denn wer seine Marke klar positioniert, reduziert Streuverlust, senkt Akquisekosten und schafft wirtschaftliche Stabilität.

Ich sehe das in meiner Arbeit:
Die erfolgreichsten Marken sind nicht die lautesten oder neuesten, sondern die, die ihre Stimme behalten, selbst wenn alles um sie herum schreit.

Ja, wir müssen Neues wagen! 

Aber Radikalität darf überlegt und reflektiert sein. Denn der wahre Growth Hack heißt nicht „Neuanfang“, sondern Konsistenz mit Haltung.

Vater unser im Marketing,
geheiligt werde nicht dein ROAS,
sondern dein ROMI –
denn nicht der Klick erlöst uns,
sondern der Return on Sinn.

Dein Funnel komme,
dein MediaMix geschehe,
wie im Forecast, so im echten Markt.

Unser tägliches Budget gib uns heute,
und vergib uns unsere Attribution,
wie auch wir vergeben unseren falschen Modellannahmen.

Und führe uns nicht in Dashboard-Abhängigkeit,
sondern erlöse uns vom Last-Click-Glauben.

Denn dein ist die Wirkung,
und das Inkrement,
und die triangulierte Wahrheit –
in Performance, in Brand, in Human Insight.
