DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Supervising all projects.
-Project designing and Implementation.
-Project preparation.
-Projects monitoring and handle problems resolution.
-Facility community education in various topics.
-Provide overall project direction and direct/lead team members towards project objectives.
-Communicate with donors for memorandum of understanding.
-Manage projects in accordance to the projects plan.
-Prepare and manage the project budget.

The Mlandizi Socio-Economic Organization (MLASEO) is a non-profit organization which deals with social-economic services.

The “MLASEO” was registered under the Non-Governmental Organization Act 2002 (Act No. 24 of 2002) with registration number 00NGO00002082.

The organization dedicated to promote education and support for entrepreneurs fighting against poverty for better sustainable development.

The MLASEO objectives are as listed below:
•	To promote education at all levels.

•	To train people on entrepreneurship and running of economic projects in order to reduce poverty.

•	To improve community health and promote sustainable development.

•	To promote awareness and activities for environmental conservation.

•	To Provide consultation services on:-
(a)	Education matters
(b)	Business matters such as establishment and running of business
(c)	Entrepreneurship. And

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Conduct feasibility study for the development of fish farming in the community.
-Design and conduct training programme to community in order to strengthened the capacity to address fish farming
-To identify potential sites for the development of fish farming in the community.
-To identify potential sites for the construction of fish ponds
-Directing them to companies which sell good and quality fingerlings

Duties and responsibilities:-
- Identify the boundaries of the census area in comparison to the map of the census area and the description of the boundaries of the map.
- Collaborate with supervisor and local leadership to identify if in the census area are special groups required accounting for special order different from ordinary households.
- Interviewing the community questionnaire at the neighborhood or street.
- Count all the people who slept within the boundaries of the census area the night before the census day within the allotted time.
- Post in the system the work done and completed dairly dwelling NBS/ OCGS Headquarters.
- To calculate all building in the area within the allotted time.
- Register all residential addresses in the respective area within the stipulated time.

DUTIES:- 
- Build the capacity of project management committees and sensitize the community on the operations of the fund.
-Consider all project proposals from all wards in the constituency and any other projects which constituency committee considers beneficial to the constituency.
-Ensure that all proposed projects that are approved for funding meet the requirements according to government priority.
-Ensure that projects proposals submitted to the committee include detailed budget proposals, procurement plans and work plans.
-Rank projects proposals in order of priority while ensuring that on-going projects take precedence.
-Monitor the implementation of projects in accordance with monitoring and evaluation framework prescribed by the committee.
