Be an expert in the company's products to ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to clients.

📌 Advise internal and external customers on best practices, providing pre/post-sales consultation and support.

📌 Understand hardware mechanisms, wiring, and installation to remotely support installers, administrators, and users who may be on-site.

📌 Troubleshoot, diagnose and identify various types of issues related to customers or products. Escalate different priority issues through the appropriate internal channels, and take steps to ensure such issues can be addressed expeditiously in the future.

📌 Follow up on escalations in a timely manner to ensure department performance metrics and agreed KPI/SLAs have been met.

📌 Actively participate in team meetings to provide feedback on trending issues, department needs, and product improvements.
