What happens when universities and organisations come together? That's where I come in. I'm a Connector and Partnership Strategist who bridges the gap between academia and industry. 

At the University of Warwick, I help organisations tap into cutting-edge research and expertise to create strategic partnerships that drive innovation, collaboration and real-world impact. I serve on the advisory boards for Warwick's Health and Business, Manufacturing & Innovation Interdisciplinary Research Spotlights.

Beyond building partnerships, I'm deeply committed to thought leadership and continuous learning. I recently completed an Executive Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Change at Warwick Business School with distinction and I've written on leadership, strategy and innovation for Times Higher Education (https://tinyurl.com/5zje9hk3).

I speak on professional visibility and women's leadership, helping professionals understand that performance gets you renewed, but presence gets you considered. My talks draw from rebuilding a career across three countries in my 50s and 60s, alongside research into strategic influence.
