As a freelancer, I took over Google Ads and Meta Ads for a U.S. eCommerce clothing brand.

The goal wasn’t just to grow revenue — it was to make growth sustainable.

After just 2 months, here’s the year-over-year performance:
Store revenue:

 💰 $536,207.64 → +4.3% YoY

Google Ads
ROAS: +109.5% (from 5.15 → 10.79)
Cost per acquisition: ↓ 70.5%
New customer ROAS: ↑ 191%
Spend: ↓ 74.6%

Meta Ads
ROAS: +55.8% (from 4.24 → 6.60)
CPA: ↓ 30.3%
New customer CPA: ↓ 20.6%
Spend: ↓ 51.7%

What I did 👇
- Complete tracking revamp for accurate attribution
- Feed optimization both on Google Ads AND Facebook Ads for 7,000+ products
- Full Google Ads restructure with new segmentation and keyword logic
- Market and keyword research to redefine targeting
- Meta Ads restructure by category
- Created new ad creatives aligned with customer motivations
- Ran consistent creative testing (image + video)

The result:
I didn’t chase vanity growth.
I built efficiency and profitability — cutting ad spend by more than half while keeping revenue up.

Now, the account is structured for profitable scaling, not wasteful spending.
