Warum wir Lexemo gebaut haben, lässt sich in einem Satz zusammenfassen: 
 Juristen sollten juristische Probleme lösen. Nicht technische. 
 
Als wir angefangen haben, war die Idee simpel: 
Ein No-Code-Tool, mit dem Kanzleien und Rechtsabteilungen ihre Prozesse selbst automatisieren können. 
 
Das hat funktioniert. Aber es war nicht genug. 
 
Denn „No Code“ heißt nicht „No Complexity.“

Dieser Post ist nicht für meine KI-Bubble oder die LegalTech-Spezialisten in meinem Netzwerk. Die wissen das alles längst. Dieser Post ist für dich, wenn du in einer Kanzlei oder Rechtsabteilung arbeitest und das Thema bisher als Hype abgetan hast oder einfach noch nicht dazu gekommen bist, dich ernsthaft damit zu beschäftigen.

Matt Shumer, AI-Gründer und Investor seit 6 Jahren, hat letzte Woche einen Blogpost veröffentlicht, der in der Tech-Welt eingeschlagen hat wie eine Bombe. Seine Kernaussage: Wir befinden uns in der „Das wird schon nicht so schlimm"-Phase von etwas Größerem als Covid. Ich verlinke den Artikel unten und lege ihn jedem ans Herz, der im Rechtsmarkt arbeitet.

Am 5. Februar haben OpenAI und Anthropic gleichzeitig neue Modelle veröffentlicht, die alles Bisherige alt aussehen lassen. GPT-5.3 Codex hat bei seiner eigenen Entwicklung mitgeholfen. Das steht in OpenAIs technischer Dokumentation. Und der CEO von Anthropic prognostiziert, dass 50 % der Einstiegspositionen im Wissensarbeiter-Bereich innerhalb von 1 bis 5 Jahren wegfallen. Viele in der Branche halten das für konservativ.

KI kann heute Verträge analysieren, Rechtsprechung zusammenfassen, Schriftsätze entwerfen und Legal Research auf einem Niveau betreiben, das mit Junior Associates konkurriert. Nicht irgendwann. Jetzt. Und alle paar Monate wird sie spürbar besser.

„Ich habe ChatGPT mal ausprobiert, das war nicht so toll." Dann hast du vermutlich 2023 die Gratis-Version getestet. Das ist in KI-Zeit eine Ewigkeit. Wer KI danach beurteilt, beurteilt Smartphones nach einem Nokia 3310.
Was heißt das für uns? Kanzleien, die KI ernsthaft einsetzen, werden Mandate schneller, günstiger und präziser bearbeiten. Die Pyramide wackelt. Rechtsabteilungen werden sich fragen, warum sie Kanzlei-Stundensätze für Arbeit zahlen, die KI in Minuten erledigt. Anwaltszwang, Berufsrecht und Haftungsfragen kaufen uns Zeit. Aber Zeit ist nur dann ein Vorteil, wenn man sie auch nutzt.

Mein Rat: Hol dir Claude Pro oder ChatGPT Plus für 20 Euro im Monat und teste die neuen Modelle selbst. Claude Opus 4.6 oder GPT-5.3, nicht die kostenlose Standardversion. Und dann gib ihnen keinen Google-Kram, sondern teste sie mit echten komplexen juristischen Fragestellungen. Du wirst überrascht sein.

Was ist eine der größten Innovationsbremsen? Sich zu spät Feedback aus dem Markt zu holen! 

Pascal Di Prima stieg als Jurist erst in einer Großkanzlei ein, wurde dann Partner und ist jetzt Legal-Tech-CEO (Lexemo).

How lawyers are actually using AI nowadays? 

I went down a small rabbit hole on this recently -
and interestingly, some of the more advanced legal AI systems are starting to focus on something much less visible, but more enterprise-critical:
