Accountable for aligning the strategic efforts related to the digital experience, including the digital newsroom, mobile app, and online experience.  Also responsible for family member and customer communication, customer care, brand content, meeting & event planning, media & community relations, social media, and multimedia production.  In this role, served on the company's Management Leadership Team as well as its Strategy Council.  This position was a strategic business partner directly responsible for all things Customer Engagement and Brand Communications at Whataburger.

My Story

Two years ago, I was assigned a new strategist, Amy LaVallie, with Brand Builders Group.  I needed help with my entrepreneurial journey, and everyone told me she would be a great fit.  We hit it off instantly!

Her knowledge, passion, and creativity were evident from the start. 

When I needed additional help, she generously offered her time and expertise. It was as if my brand was her brand, and she would do anything to help.

If I ever had a moment where I questioned whether I was on the right path, she was there to make adjustments or encourage me to keep going.  

All this time, we've been working over Zoom, but at the recent Nashville showcase, we met in person. It was fun and so nice to see her. She immediately offered her support from the audience and even backstage.

That said, I've decided everyone needs an "Amy" in their life.
