Just do you, if you suck, it's you suck, not who suck.

Dont give yourself a headache, I dont understand that last line too.

Keep it personal, keep it you.

No one can replicate that.

I copy myself. Who do you copy?

Your audience doesn't leave because your content is bad.

They leave because you're giving them everything.

I thought good storytelling meant being accurate.
Chronological.
Complete.

Wrong.

An elderly storyteller taught me 6 rules.

But one changed how I write forever:

Tell the story people want to hear.
Not how it actually happened.

This sounds like lying.
It's not.

It's editing.

People don't want the full truth of your journey.

They want the relevant truth.

The parts that move them forward.

The Richest Man in Babylon isn't a history textbook.
It's a story set in ancient times.

That's why millions read it.

Your newsletter doesn't need every detail of your process.

It needs the turning points.
The failures that taught you.
The moment everything clicked.

Cut the boring middle.
Amplify the transformation.
Remove what doesn't serve the lesson.

Real storytelling isn't about accuracy.

It's about resonance.

HBO didn't show every minute of the hero's journey.
They showed the parts that made you feel something.

No day off, I called it.

Something came up on Thursday last week.

So I skipped that day.

Some will let that drag them down.

I keep going, I still have a lot of 90 mins to write.

If I do 90% by the year-end

I will be far ahead of others who did less.
So will you, yes, so will you

Sometimes you skip a day but get up the next day.

Do not do more the next day. Do what is needed.

That is how you keep moving while others fall behind.

What should I be expecting?

In 2024, I spent 4 hours weekly in the gym.

Within 4 months

I went from medium to large clothes.

My body reacts to thing to fast (don't know why, don't care)

One of my neighbors once said, "You look like a robot".

Then he started working out (weird).
Then another neighbor started following me to the gym.

I received a lot of compliments from guys - don't know why
Cause that wasn't the gender I was aiming for

I stopped going to the gym in Dec 2024.

I focused on my business.

I planned to get back in Dec 2025.

But I've been postponing it since then.

Before, going to the gym was just like brushing my teeth.
