Advancing Organizational Excellence at CBI | Implementing Quality Guidelines, Enhancing Service Quality, and Streamlining Processes

As a Quality & Safety Specialist at ALTAMEER Systems Solutions, I develop and implement quality management systems (QMS), (HSE) policies and procedures that ensure compliance and performance. I also conduct internal and external audits, resolve audit and inspection findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

I have a Bachelor's degree in total quality management from the Technical College of Management - Baghdad, where I graduated with a 91.9% GPA and ranked second in my class. I also completed two Coursera specializations in Google Data Analytics and Project Management, which enhanced my data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting skills, as well as project planning, execution, and evaluation. I have earned multiple certifications in ISO 9001:2015, Risk Management, and ISO/IEC 27001 Security Guidelines.

I am passionate about improving the quality of services and production by exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders. I have demonstrated this through volunteering at Organizational Excellence Specialists, where I consult with partners in QMS matters. I have also applied my strategic leadership and institutional excellence skills in my graduation project, which showed a positive correlation and influence between the two dimensions in a hospital setting. I am a team player, a problem-solver, and a communicator, and I strive to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with clients and fellow staff.
