I was born in Medellín, Colombia But I was raised in New York City by a single mom who taught me how to navigate the world with resilience, faith, and fire.

For over 20 years, I served as the strategic right hand to C-suite executives across global banks, hedge funds, and private equity firms.

Not just calendars
I managed crisis response, investor communications, board prep, operations, and multi-million-dollar logistics.
I had a front-row seat to how power moves and I learned how to move with it.

But after years of building other people’s legacies, I knew it was time to build my own.

A strategy firm dedicated to helping small businesses grow, get visible, and access opportunities in both public and private sectors.

I was raised to treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO.
And the older I get, the more I realize how rare, and powerful that mindset truly is.

Early in my career, I noticed something interesting. You can learn more about a leader by how they treat the people who can’t “do anything” for them than by how they treat the boardroom.
Do they say thank you to the cleaning staff?
Do they learn the receptionist’s name?
Do they show patience to the intern?

Because leadership isn’t tested when you’re speaking to shareholders.
It’s tested in the hallway.
In the elevator.
In the everyday interactions no one is applauding.

Here’s what treating everyone with equal respect actually does:
• It builds trust across the entire organization
• It creates a culture of dignity
• It eliminates ego-driven decision making
• It reminds you that every role contributes to the mission

We talk a lot about scaling businesses.
