Some weeks remind you what actually matters. Last week was one of them.

I won't get into details, but the past week reminded me of something I think we all forget too easily:

Time is the one thing we can't get back.

Not followers. Not revenue. Not opportunities. You can always get those back.

Time is one thing you WILL NEVER get back

And how we spend it—who we give it to, what we build with it, what we prioritize—that's everything.

I've spent years building a business. Chasing goals. Checking boxes.

And most of the time, it feels worth it.

But some moments stop you cold and make you ask: "Am I spending my time on what actually matters?"

Not what's urgent. Not what's loud. Not what everyone else is doing.

What truly matters to ME

So as I step back into work this week, I'm moving differently.

More intentional. Less noise.
More focus on the people and projects that align with what I actually value.

Less energy on things that just... don't.

I'm not saying slow down. I'm saying move with purpose.

There's a difference

If you've been putting off something important because you're "too busy" or "waiting for the right time"—this is your reminder:

Life doesn't wait for perfect timing.

The call you need to make. 
The project you've been delaying. 
The person you need to settle with.
The person you've been meaning to reach out to.

Do it NOW!

Because one day, "later" runs out

Here's to a week of intentional work, meaningful connections, and time spent on what actually matters.

Stop asking 'What should I post?' Start asking this instead.

If this is your daily practice:

Open LinkedIn when you want to post and then you ask:

"What should I post today?"
And suddenly... nothing. Blank screen. Blank mind. Analysis paralysis.

Here's why that question is killing your content (and what to ask instead).

The problem With "What Should I Post?"

This question creates obligation without intention.

You're trying to fill a quota. Check a box. Stay "consistent."

But you have no clear purpose. No direction. No anchor.

This approach makes content creation feel like a chore 

The Better Question:
"What do I want my audience to understand, believe, or do differently after reading this?"

See the shift?
You're no longer asking "What do I say?"
You're asking "What outcome do I want to create?"

And when you have a clear outcome, the content writes itself

This One Shift Will:
✅ Make writing faster (you know where you're going and how to get there)

✅ Make your content more valuable (you're creating outcomes, not just words)

✅ Increase engagement (people respond when content has purpose)

✅ Position you as strategic (not just someone posting to post)

Here's Your Challenge:

Next time you sit down to write, don't ask "What should I post?"

Ask: "What do I want them to walk away understanding?" Then write
