* Lead team responsible for CU Boulder’s enterprise social media channels which include main channels and recruitment channels.

* Set, track and report on goals and KPIs for CU Boulder’s social media efforts and support cross functional metrics to coordinate overall effective.

* Assist the campus communications team on developing social media strategies for crisis communication in collaboration with PR.

I managed all the marketing materials that came out of The Marcus Buckingham Company. From the print collateral to the social networks (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn) associated with the company. I also planned the logistics of trade show events and worked with advertising companies to host information about upcoming events or product launches.

Within the first 90 days with The Marcus Buckingham Company, the company Facebook page gained 3,000 likes and throughout a product launch (June 2012) the reach exceeded 2000% from where it was previously with very little paid advertising. 

I maintained an average of 70% reach and weeks of in excess of 100% reach without any paid advertising.

As of July 2013, I transitioned out of full-time employment with TMBC and into a consultant role. Consultant role ended September 2014.

I was in charge of the marketing and recruiting on the "e" side of the office. I managed all social media outlets, emails and strategic planning for the use of technology to keep PLNU on the cutting edge of recruiting top quality students. I also traveled all over my assigned territories repping PLNU to some awesome high school students!

My social media role was responsible for creating and maintaining Facebook community groups for students who were admitted to the university. It was a place for them to ask questions, meeting fellow accepted students and where I could remind them of upcoming deadlines. I also hosted "questions with a counselor" each week via Google+ for parents to log in and get questions answered face to face. 

I was in charge of all social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram) for the general university pages as well as the liaison for the website redesign. I updated and managed the website via our CMS program by adding pages, events and creating forms for our various needs in the office. 

My main counseling responsibilities were reading applications and interacting with applicants and their parents from 25 California counties (roughly 400 applications) and working with them throughout a full recruiting cycle. 

We used Constant Contact and iContact to send messages. I designed, formatted and tracked their performance and make suggestions for future mailings.

I worked within the member development team which focused on net churn of Experts Exchange. More specifically the conversion of the logged out pages and the retention rate of the current and new users. Testing and page optimization played a key role in my everyday duties. 

I also worked as the point of contact for our advertising agencies NetShelter and Tribal Fusion. I analyze the traffic and percent fill and report on the CPM levels of the various campaigns running throughout the site.

We used Omniture to track our analytics.
