Nivi’s mission is to help every person take control of their health by making confident and informed decisions. We leverage a conversational chatbot service, askNivi India, that delivers trusted, accurate, and tailored information via Messenger and WhatsApp. 

Key responsibilities:

- Content research and development on health topics.

- Conversation design for chatbot. This includes information architecture, content menus, building the conversation on our platform, internal and usability testing.

- User growth and social media marketing. Leverage popular ad channels (FB, Google Ads) for advertising and targeted messaging to drive user growth.

- Data analysis and trend reports. Drive business development through data insights, make informed decisions about potential content areas, and experiment with marketing campaigns to explore new audience.  

- Support localization of existing content (including translation) with attention to cultural requirements, translation, and alignment with Nivi’s brand.

- Work with Indian public health experts to make sure all content is accurate and reflects the Indian context.

- Review user data and interactions to identify ways to improve experience through content, drive user engagement and increase service referrals for partners.

- Training and managing vendors to ensure quality interactions with askNivi’s live agents.

- Identifying and prioritizing new content development based on partner organisation requirements and user demand.

Content and Marketing Lead / Conversation Designer

I was in-charge of content strategy for the magazine’s digital platforms, including the website, social media channels as well as branded content on topics ranging from architecture, home decor and product design, to contemporary art, fashion, food, movies, and travel. 

- Managed a team of 3 direct reportees and 20 freelance writers across India to drive content for Architectural Digest India's digital platforms. 

- Managed content calendar (weekly, monthly, quarterly) that took into account branded (partner-sponsored) content, high-growth series, interviews, opinion pieces, listicles, and other multimedia format, including video. 

- In-charge of social media editorial content for Facebook and Instagram, along with weekly and monthly emailers for subscribers. 

- Edited all content that was published to the digital platforms, including articles, social media posts, and branded content. 

- Worked with the magazine's photo editor to ideate on scripts for celebrity home tours, independent profiles and shorts. 

- Event promotion through content marketing for premier Conde Nast events such as AD Design Show (Mumbai)

• Manage all aspects of content development, distribution and community outreach for G3ict, including the website, newsletter, social media channels, email marketing, and sister website, http://www.e-accessibilitytoolkit.org.

• Manage news, blogs, publications, and other content relevant to ICT, inclusion, accessibility and disability rights. 

• Digital content strategy and social media management: Manage the editorial calendar, solicit blogs and reports from experts in the field, collaborate with international institutions toward promotional activities.

Rereeti is a not-for-profit organization based out of Bangalore, India. Its mission is "to transform Indian museums into spaces of learning, delight and meaningful engagement for Indian and overseas visitors." 

Responsibilities included:

1. Provide communications and multi-channel marketing support, including for press outreach, social media, newsletter, and community outreach. 

2. Create and manage website content and liaise with contributors to solicit original write-ups for Rereeti.

3. Deploy videos and multi-media materials on social media channels to highlight Rereeti campaigns and programs with Indian schools and museums. 

4. Leverage analytics to gauge audience engagement with ReReeti content (blogs, newsletters, social media posts). Lay down social media policy and guidelines (created the guidebook).

5. Conceptualize content and programming for workshops and seminars for museum capacity building and community engagement.

6. Business development and sponsorship plans, funding proposals and evaluating the sustainability of programs.

• Responsible for promoting the Digital Natives with a Cause? research programme, an initiative of the Centre for Internet & Society, Bangalore, and HIVOS Knowledge Programme, the Netherlands, that looks into the changing dynamics of youth, technology and politics (agency) in the Global South. 

• Engage with the Digital Natives community, including participants of the three international workshops, and the global community, on social media platforms to foster discussions on the project. 

• Conceptualize online strategies to promote the project through events, contests, tweet-a-thons, design initiatives (posters, brochures) and media outreach. Draft all press release relating to the project.

• Ideating strategies for promotion of the Digital Alternatives with a Cause books, a core part of the project, through book and essay reviews, engagement with media and academic institutions and external organizations.
 
• Conceptualize, compile, source original content, edit and design the monthly newsletter, 'Digital Natives with a Cause?' Most recent issues revolved around Augmented Reality, the Alone Together debate inspired by Sherry Turkle's book, Piracy, Privacy, Digital Art, Analog Technologies, Citizen Action.
