I train and develop my team to raise calibre of skill levels to ensure they work to the best of their abilities giving clients knowledge and recommendations that will give the best ROI.
Manage key accounts generating new revenue streams  through key brands such as Rolex and Patek Phillipe via selling, organising and directing fashion shoots that appear in the magazine and online. 
Work closely with Key stakeholders to ensure team get the most effective marketing, leads, data and use this to identify new opportunities for revenue streams.

Responsibility for the Full standard confectionery  worth a total of £55m with full accountability for the P and L including promotional activities and Price increases. Engagement of Key Stakeholders internally and externally through excellent communication.
Implemented a contact strategy across the ASDA Regional Director team with the aim of driving incremental volume and sales out strategies. Motivation of Cadbury Field Team through contact strategy agreed with Key stakeholders.

As Head of Public Sector I was responsible for managing and developing key accounts such as WRVS, Naafi. Both these accounts were in incremental growth yoy due to initiatives that I rolled out such as on site sales at Easter and Christmas.
I managed 4 Account Managers whom I developed and motivated to generate new business within this area. I created a strategy for University buying groups that my Ams successfully rolled out, generating new revenue streams.
I gained key buy in from stakeholders to secure field sales support to implement my strategy.
