His active participation in ADP's Accountant Advisory Board since 2018 underscores his influence and dedication to the accounting community.

Nick's success is due to his innovative adoption of technology. By integrating advanced software and cloud-based solutions, he has dramatically enhanced his firm’s efficiency, enabling Boscia & Boscia to thrive and expand. This strategic use of technology not only spurred growth but also afforded Nick a better work-life balance, allowing him the freedom to pursue personal interests and travel extensively. To date, he has explored 24 countries across five continents, with an ambitious goal to visit 100 by age 55.

Inspired by Tony Robbins, Nick is passionate about sharing the knowledge and strategies he’s acquired to help others achieve their goals. Yesterday was one of those pinch-me moments.

Standing on stage at Intuit Connect sharing TheBalancedCPA Method, something that started as a simple idea in my firm, and seeing how many people it resonated with was incredible.

My goal was to help firms build smarter systems, create balance, and bring back fulfillment to the work we do every day. Judging by the conversations, questions, and smiles afterward… I think it did just that.

Huge thank-you to everyone who attended, engaged, and shared your own stories. This experience reminded me how powerful our profession can be when we share what’s working and help each other grow.

Feeling beyond grateful and even more inspired to keep helping firms find their balance.

Wrapped up an amazing few days at Intuit Connect with some of the best people in the accounting world.

After a full day of learning, tech talk, and networking, we closed it out with The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere and it did not disappoint.

Grateful for this community. These conferences remind me how important it is to step back, connect, and keep building firms (and lives) we actually enjoy.

Some conferences teach strategy. This one sparked transformation.

I had the privilege of joining REFRAME Accounting this year as a table facilitator or as Carlos M. Garcia and Hector Garcia CPA call it, a “Perspective Changer.” 🤩

The theme was “Pricing with Confidence”, but it went far beyond the numbers.

It was about:
-Rethinking the way we build firms
-Making space for honesty and real conversations
-Supporting each other through growth, not competition

The energy was incredible. Kind people. Open minds. Smart questions. Zero ego.

I’m proud I got to share the strategies that have worked for me… but more than that, I’m grateful to be part of a space where everyone’s lifting each other up.

If even one person leaves and takes action to improve their business or their life, that’s the real win.

Big love to Carlos and Hector for creating something so special. You’re moving the profession forward.

Gratitude is the antidote to burnout.

When I’m stressed, overwhelmed, or chasing the next goal…
I pause and remind myself: I’m already living a life I once dreamed of.
 ✔️ A business that’s growing
 ✔️ A partner who supports me
 ✔️ A body that’s healthy
 ✔️ A purpose I’m proud to pursue

The more I reflect, the more I recognize:
It’s not about chasing “more” — it’s about seeing what’s already working.

Gratitude doesn’t mean ignoring the hard stuff.
It means not letting the hard stuff drown out everything else.
This is your reminder to take inventory — not of what’s missing, but of what’s amazing right now.
