I’m a firm believer that people can’t help you if they don’t know what you’re up to, so I wanted to share where I’m hoping to focus my energy in 2026.

This year, I’m keen to get my teeth into chunkier work.
More thoughtful, bespoke support for companies moving beyond Seed, where scale brings complexity, not just growth.

I’m particularly interested in work that involves:
 • Traction-stage startup & scaleup programme architecture
 • Structured mentorship and 1:1 founder support infrastructure
 • Stakeholder-heavy, multi-partner delivery projects & events
 • Corporate open innovation initiatives
 • Go-to-market best practice that unlocks repeatable growth

Over the past decade, I’ve designed and delivered founder and scaleup initiatives, programmes and events across the UK and internationally, working with governments, corporates, universities and ecosystem partners at every level.

I’m very fortunate to be working across three very different contracts until the end of March. That said, if any of the above resonates, I’m open to conversations about:
