Serious moment of pride, especially as we start taking more risks as a firm (like launching a software platform in under 6 months and getting an office). 

Alicia Schonberger, CFP®, CDFA® and Lyle Schonberger, APMA® have been absolutely CRUSHING it with video, with over 30k views a week and 5 new clients. 

They've filmed 240 videos since July and marketing is completely on autopilot going into 2026.

I have a feeling we aren't even close to the late game, but I have no idea where it goes from here. 

In January of 2025 we helped 4 advisors launch their video campaigns. We didn't know it at the time, but this would be our first "cohort". 

When we launched Sage in August, we welcomed 29 Sage Founders who committed to 12 full months of coaching calls, homework, and video production. 

Now, for Black Friday, we're taking 200 advisors through a launch that will see videos go out January 1 and a coaching series that spans 4 months. 

Is this the peak? Or are these 233 people the first ripple in the video tsunami?
