Vice President, Digital Marketing and Analytics

Bringing digital organizing, marketing, data, polling and tech strategy to some of the world's best public relations, crisis communications, investor relations, and event publicity teams at DKC. 

My role consists of leading a team that combines cutting edge data science and digital marketing strategies, and applying them to our sports, entertainment, non-profit, conference and public safety clients.

Senior Strategist

NationBuilder

•	Determined strategy and outbound efforts surrounding political campaigns, associations, nonprofits, and international politics in Latin America and Africa. 
•	Responsible for conducting intiial meetings and moving the customer through contract work and implementation. 
•	Worked with multiple presidential campaigns developing digital strategy and brought in roughly $700,000 in new revenue.

Director of Politics and Advocacy

•	Worked closely with many of NationBuilder’s largest customers, helping them to achieve organizing goals. 
•	Assisted customers with strategy surrounding field operations, digital communications, fundraising, and workflow. 
•	Managed over 450 accounts worth over $650,000 in annual revenue.

•	Face of the company to customers; from opening conversations through implementation. 
•	Handled support and helped create digital strategy efforts with candidates, nonprofits, political parties, and many other organizing efforts.

Community Strategist

Elissa Silverman for DC Council-at-Large

•	Managed DC wide campaign for vacant seat in a Council-At-Large special election. 
•	Tasks included creating and managing the field program, organizing the candidate’s schedule, maintaining the budget, managing the campaign database, and creating/implementing strategy. 
•	Finished 2nd in a crowded field without taking corporate contributions, paving the way for the candidate to win city-wide in 2014.

•	Created, coordinated, and implemented campaign strategies, built a district-wide field program, ran the candidates campaign calendar, and managed GOTV efforts across all four counties. 
•	Organized campaign headquarters and two remote offices, and recruited & managed four field staff.

•	Organized Northampton, Carbon, & Schuylkill Counties in a winning primary vs. a 20-year incumbent. 
•	Made over 15,000 calls, recruited over 30 volunteers, created/ran campaign events, and helped run a successful GOTV program ending in a 14 point win.

As a Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Marketing at DKC, I lead a team that combines cutting-edge data science and digital marketing strategies for our diverse clients in sports, entertainment, non-profit, conference, and public safety sectors. With over seven years of experience in the digital and performance marketing industry, I bring a unique perspective that was built back in my early days of political organizing.

My passion lies in crafting targeted strategies that not only reach but also organize audiences to take meaningful action. By starting with the end goal and leveraging my diverse experience, I navigate the evolving digital landscape to create effective marketing flows. I also hold an MBA and numerous certifications in digital media / advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn Expert Level, Meta Ads, Google Ads and morel. 

Moving forward, my goal is to contribute to marketing industry growth while staying at the forefront of evolving platforms and consumer targeting methods. I believe in hard work, client-centric thinking, and a mix of political organizing wisdom with digital marketing expertise.

One of the highlights of our work every year is getting to support the marketing side of one of the biggest conventions which happens to take place in our back yard - only a short walk from our office!  As a yearly tradition, we bring along our DKC Analytics team to take it all in and experience the first day of the show.

New York Comic Con is one of those rare events where you see pure creativity on display (the cosplayers are INCREDIBLE) and people being their best selves while living their best lives. It’s an energy that’s hard to describe. You have to be there to understand it. 

While it still has another two days remaining, we're already looking forward to next year. 🎮 🦸

Big news from DKC today...it's the official launch of our AI Evolution team! 🤖 

Over the past year, we've been witnessing firsthand how the marketing and communications landscape change in real time. Search has changed more in the last 18 months than in the last 18 years. How people search, how information is sorted and how brands rank show up differently in Google than they do in AI tools like ChatGPT.

Traditionally, marketers relied on SEO strategists to manage rankings. With traditional search engines losing market share to AI-driven searches, that his shifted to a need for cross-functional teams working in tandem across PR, data science and SEO.
