Was responsible for shaping, developing, and managing cross-functional engineering operations and security initiatives for the entire AWS Data and AI/ML org.

Program Manager, Data & AI/ML Engineering Operations

Managed internal workforce data products and services for a global org of 1800 employees and a ~$200MM headcount budget.

➔ Created a comprehensive product strategy for headcount management tooling across 19 cost centers; resulting in 95% user adoption (up from 10%) of Amazon’s internal platform, and OpEx savings of $5MM annually.

➔ Owned workforce planning product roadmap, OKRs, customer feedback, and feature requests; shipped over 20 impactful products and feature updates (such as operational tracking mechanisms and automation updates to reporting).

➔ Partnered cross-functionally with engineering, product, business partners, and senior leadership to drive operational and product improvements as the org scaled 140% YoY.

➔ Drove headcount reporting and analysis for 10 Directors and VPs; provided ongoing recommendations and guidance to enable strategic global growth.

Program Manager, Product and Business Operations

Amplero

Owned the product marketing roadmap and operations strategy for Amplero's enterprise AI/ML product, Amplero AMO. Reported directly to the CMO and was responsible for driving business growth and operationalizing the customer lifecycle.

➔ Served as the voice of the customer and an advisor to the Head of Product, CMO, and CEO by driving on-going customer research and analysis; built a customer insights framework in partnership with Head of Product which informed and influenced product roadmap and strategy.

➔ Managed product marketing OKR tracking, reporting, and analysis; leveraged insights to make strategic recommendations to Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams.

➔ Partnered cross-functionally across business and technology teams to drive shared goals; made direct impact on revenue, product discovery, and business growth.

Product Marketing Manager

BookNook

Owned the product marketing roadmap and go-to-market strategy for BookNook’s AI/ML B2B platform. Reported directly to the Head of Revenue, and was responsible for inbound and outbound customer growth.

➔ Developed and delivered a customer-centric demand generation strategy across web and social; drove +466% YoY in search and +200% YoY user sign ups

➔ Owned customer research and user personas; partnered cross-functionally with Product and Sales to surface, analyze, and report customer insights which informed product roadmap and strategy.

➔ Operationalized and optimized the digital customer life-cycle; automated the customer journey with Zapier, Salesforce, and Hubspot, which (1) saved 1000+ annual hours of customer support communications, (2) increased customer engagement and click through rates by 5X, and (3) drove 10pt increase in customer satisfaction.

➔ Owned front end web design and development with a focus on product discovery and user experience; this resulted in +120% YoY in average time customers spent on our site exploring our products.

Discuss.io

Supported customer outreach and business development for Discuss.io's smart video market research platform. Reported directly to the CRO, and was responsible for driving business growth.

➔ Launched two significant sales automation projects, which combined drove +250% in user sign ups; (1) the implementation of SalesLoft which automated outbound customer emails allowing our sales team to 20X their outreach efforts (2) the integration of an AI chatbot which engaged with customers 24/7 to answer questions, recommend products, and schedule product demos.

➔ Partnered with Product to conduct on-going customer research and drive customer engagement; surfaced insights which resulted in Engineering building a new feature that drove +$600K in additional annual customer revenue.

➔ Partnered with customers to develop educational content pipeline (case studies and interviews); drove +60% YoY in product demo sign ups.

I'm passionate about Mindfulness, Data, and AI. The world is going through a spiritual and digital transformation, one which many are unprepared for.

I believe that mindfulness is the anecdote to the chaos, stress, and anger that have become our world's norm for the last several decades.

I believe that Artificial Intelligence can help us continue to build a better, more equitable economy, and foster a cleaner environment for all.

The best PMs and product leaders aren’t “mini CEOs.” They’re owner operators.

There’s a huge difference between PMs who try to create change through strategy and vision… and the ones who take ownership of the mess, fix the things no one sees, and actually make the organization run better.

And I think the future of product is shifting because of this.

We’re moving toward a new kind of role, something like a Product Operating Manager (not Product Ops). Someone who drives transformation from the ground up, not top down. Someone who improves how the system actually works, not just how the deck looks.

Because the truth is:

-Tech companies don’t need more strategists.

-They need more doers.

-They need people who want to run the business, not just design what could be built.

AI can help generate vision and strategy faster than ever, but it can’t replace the person who understands the constraints, untangles the dependencies, and gets the machine running smoothly.

The PMs who thrive from here won’t be the ones with the most visionary roadmap.

They’ll be the operators, the ones who make the vision real.

Product managers and program managers have to drive results without direct authority.

You can’t ask people to follow you due to your title (unlike leadership). So, your ability to influence becomes your most powerful tool.

Over the years, these principles have shaped how I build influence as a program manager:

-Listen more, speak less. Influence starts with understanding.

-Build trust through consistency. Small actions repeated over time matter most.

-Provide optionality to your stakeholders. Don’t just raise risks—offer solutions and pathways.

-Develop strong 1:1 relationships. Influence happens in conversations, not just meetings.

-Gather feedback early and iterate. Adaptability builds confidence and momentum.

-Establish a clear North Star. Alignment becomes easier when the direction is unambiguous.

-Tie outcomes to business goals. Influence grows when your work clearly drives impact.

-Under-promise, over-deliver. Reliability compounds over time.

And then? Wash, rinse, repeat. Influence isn’t a one-time achievement… it’s a habit.
