Travel is a great way to understand people and with EF Tours, I work on processes and systems to create tours for young students and adults, and to ensure that they operate smoothly. I love that we open travel up for students in a safe way and affordable for their parents.

* Led a strategic initiative to modernise Procurement operations with a Saas platform, beginning with stakeholder interviews to understand the problem space, to prioritise key challenges and opportunities for improvement. This shaped a comprehensive digital transformation vision, strategy and roadmap. Additionally, the engagement with users and stakeholders laid the foundations for effective change management.
* Scoped and prioritised the new Supplier Inventory product to save 3,600 man-hours per month (equivalent to 21 full-time employees) across three procurement operations teams. Coordinated the solution and release and test plans, with engineering teams, architects and product managers, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
* Directed functionality and fit assessments across operations, along with technical scalability and integration evaluations for a new Contract Lifecycle Management System, for EF’s Central Legal team. Collaborated on vendor analysis and Initiated early change management within the operations teams. 
*Collaborated with Oracle consultants to align system requirements for integrating Oracle. Led the effort to map and establish optimised financial workflows.
* Spearheaded value stream mapping of engineering and product activities to align with broader program outcomes. Established a framework to define products and projects within a program, establishing how their outcomes are measured and linked to the overall program goals, as well as cascading downwards for team OKRs and leading indicators.
* Guided product and process managers through group sessions, demystifying systems design thinking and improving their capability to model and analyse organisational processes.

* Simplifying complex hardware control configurations for hearing aids, resulting in five user-friendly options based on patient data and clinician input.
* Developing a paediatric tablet prototype for gathering lifestyle data from children, successfully validated by parents and clinicians.
