My lunch break is part of my work. 💁‍♀️

My brain simply doesn’t thrive on rigid schedules and dull routines. It thrives on beauty, movement, and inspiration. Surprising? I don't think so. 😉 

This week, I worked remotely from a coworking space in London. And at lunch, I walked to one of my favorite, most inspiring spots in the city. ✨

Remote work, to me, is about one thing - freedom to design your energy. Well, confinement kills my imagination and productivity. 😵 

So, that lunch break did more than any scheduled office lunch break ever could:

✅ I had ideas I wouldn’t have had sitting inside.
✅ I felt calmer instead of drained.
✅ I came back wanting to work.

Remote work gives me something offices never did - the ability to choose environments that feed my brain instead of draining it. 🧠

Now, let me ask something that actually has nothing to do with lunch. But it has everything to do with how we design work these days. Are today’s work environments built for human brains... Or old structures? Tell me.

Too many companies do remote hiring carelessly. 🤔

🆘 They copy an old contract, rename it “contractor,” and move on.
🆘 They manage freelancers like employees because “it’s easier.”
🆘 They hire across borders without checking what actually applies where the work is done.

I've seen SO MANY of these things... you wouldn't believe. 😱

Months later all of this shows up as:
🚩 Misclassification claims
🚩 Tax exposure
🚩 Severe compliance gaps
🚩 Data and security problems no one planned for

BUT remote work didn’t create these issues so STOP blaming it!!! ✋ It just exposed how unprepared many companies were... Let that sink in!

Remote hiring can be flexible, fast, and scalable.
But only if it’s built with intention, structure, and clarity.
