I made a promise to myself - that I would only align my career with companies and organizations that make an impact. My passion for financial education started when I was 22 and denied an auto loan because of a credit card I opened when I was 18. I used the card irresponsibly and never paid the balance. As a result, my credit was negatively impacted. Financial literacy was not discussed at home or a school. And after seeing how having a good credit score was essential in achieving certain financial goals, I made it a mission of mine to educate my community and those that lacked the knowledge. I’m an empathetic problem solver that’s effective at time management (thanks to my four kids), relationship building, and story telling. Customer oriented and effective in written and verbal communication. Personable, confident, and self-motivated.
