- Managing, growing, and maintaining a portfolio of key accounts across EMEA.
On-boarding clients and training them in Bionic’s social advertising platform, while consulting on campaign performance and structure.

- Supporting the customer success team in building strategies for clients across different markets to as- sure that all targets are met.

- Consulting on, strategizing, managing, and dynamically optimizing campaigns across Facebook, In- stagram, and Twitter.

- Creating creative mood boards for clients based on their market for creative inspirations.
Reporting on and analyzing campaign performance; providing granular audience insights, and ef- fectively utilizing these for campaign strategy.

- Supporting our internal teams and clients with FB/IG technical troubleshooting related to complex products (Pixel, Custom conversions, offline events, etc).

- Building and maintaining relationships with FB/IG client partners and senior management to plan and forecast growth between both organizations.

CS & Business Development - Manager / Facebook Marketing Partners

- Managing a large portfolio of SMB clients, developing and maintaining strong ongoing relationships.

- Help SMB clients optimize revenue via their Social Media marketing campaigns across Facebook's advertising platforms.

- Assessing past Ad campaign results and consulting on future Ad campaigns by providing products and tools.

- Providing support to improve the implementation process to increase strategic spending.

- Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience and drive higher product adoption and expenditure.

- Identifying trends and solving problems facing multiple SME clients.

- In-depth technical knowledge within a complex product group (Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel. Offline events, Custom Conversions, etc).

- Investigating & troubleshooting technical issues within Facebook products.

- Discerning product confusion from bugs, identify solutions, and advising the sales team advertisers to help accomplish the desired outcome.

- Effectively and concisely communicating resolution, technical resolution, workarounds, or product confusion to the sales team.

- Facilitating a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs.

- Mentoring team members and own product support areas.

Account Manager SMB - UK & Ireland Via Accenture

- Experience in the creation and implementation of successful social media campaigns, TikTok, Twitter & Facebook / Instagram strategies across a variety of verticals (including but not limited to Automotive, Retail, E-tailing, Financial Services and CPG & Travel).
- Experience working in a variety of global markets including Ireland, South Africa, UK, UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
- 10+ experience in people coaching & management, with extensive experience liaising with team members in a leadership role.
