Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Coordination and Communication: 
•	Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment

•	Prepare and manage documents, reports, presentations, and sales/marketing materials.

• Project Facilitation: 
•	Managing projects from conception to execution, ensuring deadlines are met, and objectives are achieved. 
•	Serving as a central point of contact for project-related communication.

• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: 
•	Cultivating strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. 
•	Acting as a liaison to address inquiries, provide updates, and foster connections that contribute to overall business growth.

• Data Management: 
•	Update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems. 
•	Track and generate sales and marketing reports, analyze data, and present insights.

•	Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity.

● Helped the GEM Hub to pilot a newly developed class on refugee studies.

●   Participated in a 16-week qualitative and quantitative research project examining the college-going experiences of refugees in Rwanda, Kenya, Malawi, South Africa, and Lebanon during Covid-19. 
●   In collaboration with local colleagues as well as those from the four other countries, culturally appropriate interview protocols and surveys were developed and administered to over 400 college students across all five countries.  Additionally, relevant peer-reviewed literatures were identified, data was analyzed, graphics were developed, and PowerPoint presentations were presented to an international audience of stakeholders.
