After exceptional results with the ANZ channel, my responsibility was extended to also review and expand the reseller and distribution channel network throughout Asia.

COVID proved to be an incredibly challenging period throughout much of Asia with the loss of the tourism sector having a hugely detrimental effect on construction projects in the region.

Despite the impact, i managed to continue growth by focusing on those countries less impacted and by supporting the local teams to better understand and promote our products in country.

My achievements included:
• Increasing regional revenue Year on Year
• Establishing formal partner program including product training
• Developed new reporting & QBR's with focus on areas for growth

Overhauled and manged the channel program for Value Added Resellers, eCommerce partners and Distribution for the ANZ region.

Existing long standing channel was reviewed top to bottom with a view towards developing the right mix to support long term regional growth and a move from perpetual to subscription licensing which demanded and entirely new mindset and skillset.

My achievements included:
• Drove 80% of total regional revenue
• Highest global revenue outside of US corporate HQ
• Implemented new structured sales approach into channel 
• Developed new reporting & QBR's with focus on areas for growth

• Terminated partnerships which were not performing
• Rebuilt relationships with long standing partners based on opportunity

Brightfox Digital Solutions for the Property Industry

Managed operations for a software company specialising in digital technologies for the marketing and sale of commercial and residential property developments.

Oversaw team of developers responsible for the creation of interactive 3D and Augmented Reality (AR) audiovisual experiences enabling buyers to visualise and purchase off-plan properties from anywhere in the world.

Responsible for the 24/7 management and upkeep of critical server infrastructure hosting large volumes of high value real estate transactions and the secure retention of customer data and credentials.

Stronger competition and flagging sales in the highly competitive niche market for 4D and Spatially Enabled Digital Twins required a carefully developed sales approach to both protect and regain market share.

This role provided me with the ability to develop a wealth of experience in the import/export, warehousing and distribution of physical goods after a career spent primarily in software.

First commercially orientated role after many years of pre and post sales technical. Persuaded to segue into sales by the Regional Director after concluding multiple high value sales on behalf of the sales team. 

This move enabled me to rapidly develop my commercial aptitude and combined with my existing technical and communications skills it proved highly rewarding, creating a springboard for a career in specialised industrial software sales spanning the globe.

• Managed accounts for Austria, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Israel and the Czech Republic
• Delivered commercial and product training for sales teams in each country
• Achieved number 1 global product sales (2006) of AUD$2.1m
