You’re probably wondering how I got here... well... it’s a long story of me being everywhere, doing everything, knowing what's where and how. 
Currently leading and grooming two departments - KAM and CRM implementation. I'm trying to do my best to manage my people, applying all I know and learn. Collectively, we create and adjust both procedures and best practices. Then, I cooperate with heads of other departments in improving the quality of work and the company's revenue.

Masz 3 miesiące na realizację projektu AI za 28 milionów. 

Czyli o absurdzie KPO i marnowaniu pieniędzy na projekty krytyczne.

W sobotni poranek przeglądam sobie dokumentację zamówienia publicznego ogłoszonego przez Centrum e-Zdrowia. (nie oceniajcie).

Jednak musiałem przestać, wziąć głębszy oddech, pójść na spacer ochłonąć.

Bo, proszę państwa, oto przed wami, przetarg na ⭐Dostarczenie systemu Asystenta SI (VoiceBot) dla Centralnej e-Rejestracji. ⭐

Czyli AI voicebot do rejestrowania pacjentów w naszej Służbie Zdrowia. No duży i ważny temat, nie? Powinno być zrobione poważnie, nie? Tak. Zagłębmy się.

Przez chwile się zastanawiałem, czy to jest pod kogoś ustawione, czy napisane bezrefleksyjnie.

Zakładam jednak, że napisane pod jakiś jeden konkretny podmiot, bo nie widzę innej opcji, niż przyjście z gotowym produktem, który spełnia owe wymagania. I jedyne wtedy, co zostaje do zrobienia, to dostarczenie sprzętu i integracje.

No ale zakopmy się w kwiatki:

-> Przetarg ogłoszony w trybie przyspieszonym (bo się obudziliśmy, że trzeba pieniądze z KPO wydać - ogłoszenie 25.09, termin 14.10)

-> Masz 95 dni od momentu podpisania umowy na realizację projektu (niby max 120, ale w takim przypadku nie dostaniesz punktów na etapie oceny)

-> Trzeba dostarczyć zarówno software, hardware (bo wszystko ma działać on-premise, wymagania: H200 pod LLMy, centrala telefoniczna, integracja z obecną infrą)

-> Asystent powinien móc obsługiwać jednocześnie nieskończoną liczbę użytkowników i prowadzić min. 1000 połączeń jednocześnie (z możliwością skoków 2x), przy tym trenując swoje modele AI w czasie rzeczywistym

-> Musisz się pochwalić przynajmniej dwoma wdrożeniami tego typu, które umawiają rocznie ponad 100k pacjentów w branży medycznej. (próbowałem znaleźć takie w Polsce, nie udało mi się)

-> Ma też mieć no-code interfejs graficzny do dotrenowywania LLMów przez osoby nietechniczne 

-> Oczywiście transkrypcja i synteza mowy w czasie rzeczywistym, w minimum 3 językach (pol, ang, ukr) 

-> Oczywiście wszystkie buzzwordy: LLM, RNN, LSTM, transformery, RL, NLU, ASR, NLG, TTS, PBX

-> Przeprowadzenie na własną rękę audytów bezpieczeństwa tak, żeby dać gwarancję 100% bezbłędności systemu 

-> Oczywiście w danym terminie realizacji trzeba rozpisać pełen projekt, architekturę, harmonogram, integracje, testy, wdrożenie

-> No i oddać pełną dokumentację systemów, wraz z rozpiską jak działają LLMy (xD) 

Pamiętajmy. Jak coś, to macie 3-4 miesiące na ogarnięcie wszystkiego.

Dla tych, co się chcą podjąć, macie cały tydzień na zgłoszenia!

Pomijam już fakt, że dokumenty są opublikowane w docx w trybie śledzenia zmian i z niezaakceptowanymi tymże. Piękny profesjonalizm <3 

Wspaniała to lektura, nie zapomnę jej jeszcze długo.
