As a Director at AI & Partners, Europe's leading professional services firm for firms subject to the EU AI Act, this leverages 10+ years of experience in financial services, compliance, and technology to help clients navigate the complex and evolving regulatory landscape of AI. But as adoption accelerates, one issue is becoming unavoidable:

AI risks evolve in operation. Monitoring, feedback loops, and corrective mechanisms must be embedded — not improvised.

2. 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝑫𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚
Makers, users, and suppliers each hold differentiated obligations. Governance fails where accountability is ambiguous.

More documentation does not equal better governance. What matters is demonstrable oversight, traceability, and the practical ability to intervene.
