Led the Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America (EMEAL) sales insights team partnering with the sales and cross functional leaders all EMEAL LinkedIn Talent Solutions clients (Products like: Recruiter, Talent Hub, LinkedIn Learning, and Glint), used LinkedIn data to ensure clients get the most out of their investment in LinkedIn and compel greater business outcomes.

EMEAL Insights Director (maternity coverage)

Leads a global sales insights team partnering with the sales and cross functional leaders for the 130+ most strategic clients, using LinkedIn data to ensure clients are getting the most out of their investment in LinkedIn and compel greater business outcomes. 

 - Operationalized strategic vision for team through a new operating model which enabled the delivery of 400+ client products and 110M+ in closed deals in the first 6 months, while also improving team well-being, overall engagement - scores improved to team high, with multiple categories having 25+ increases (on a scale from 0 – 100).
 - Emphasis on scaled-first solutions saved 500+ hours typically spent on client monthly and quarterly business review products within the first quarter of execution.

Responsible for supporting combat documentation, command information, community engagement, and media relations activities for various active duty and Reserve units, including Air Force News Agency, 1st Combat Camera Squadron, the 9th Reconnaissance Wing, and the 349th Air Mobility Wing – the largest Mobility unit in the Air Force Reserve.

When the Intellectual Property & Science business of Thomson Reuters was sold to a private equity firm and became Clarivate Analytics, I transitioned with the existing employee base. 

Led a global program management team that partners with technology leaders, responsible for $250M in technology projects. Drove tech strategy, velocity, accountability and transparency with flexible planning and consistent reporting. 

 - Technology liaison to Thomson Reuters for all 78 tech divestiture workstreams, including the migration of more than 60 products to Amazon Web Services from data centers. 12 migrations completed - two products migrations completed 3 months ahead of schedule with key performance improvements and no negative impact to the customer. 
 - Launched quarterly planning for all technology development in Dec 2016, transitioned from an annual planning cycle to increase productivity, transparency into project status, and decision-making quality. 89% completion of 874 committed deliverables.

VP, Global Technology Programs 

Thomson Reuters

Partnered with the Chief Technology Officer, the Technology Leadership Team, and business leadership to create technology strategy, enable decision-making, and manage ~1,200 global technologists and execute ~$70M in development projects.

 - Critical member of the divestiture preparation team – input, management and counsel resulted in sale of the Intellectual Property & Science business at a price $500 million higher than expectations.
 - Co-sponsored the rollout of a new technology execution model to improve accountability, velocity and transparency in development. Resulted in a ~600% increase in YoY release volume – 300+ releases in 2017, 147 releases in 2016 vs. 57 in in 2015.
 - Launched a comprehensive, data-driven way to calculate product quality – led to 70% improvement in customer-reported bugs and a 7% decrease in customer calls across all product lines, as high as 28% and 33% in two flagship products.

Chief of Staff, Technology

Partnered with global executives to more effectively lead, communicate and engage with ~5,000 in 100 locations.

 - Developed integrated communications plan to support the new business strategy. Doubled in-person executive event attendance & improved message penetration through 125 complimentary tactics. Average employee attended 3+ executive events in 2014.
 - Improved engagement & drove cultural change – enabled senior leaders & managers to be advocates of change. Led to a seven-point increase in engagement survey metrics and, for the first time, surpassing the $1 billion revenue mark.

Held increasingly responsible positions at six military television stations around the world, including news director and lead reporter for American Forces Network.

 - Award-winning broadcaster--recognized twice among best broadcasters in the Air Force. 
 - Quadrupled story exposure, became model station for six affiliates after revising distribution process in South Korea. 
 - Increased broadcast message distribution in Iraq by 66 percent, out-producing all military reporters in Iraq. 
 - Contributing member of Department of Defense’s best news program at the Pentagon and consistently promoted early, advanced two years before peers in Germany.
