As Martech Manager, I report directly to the Director of Digital & Customer Interaction. My role centers on capturing and translating critical business needs into customer-centric marketing technology solutions. I'm on a mission to bring these solutions to life by spearheading innovative projects, often in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge marketing technologies.

MarTech Manager (via THoM)

As Digital Solutions Product Owner, I was accountable for developing the vision, driving the adoption, and framing the budget of two essential products within the Delhaize ecosystem. 
Together with a skilled, cross-functional team we : 

* Successfully implemented a cutting-edge Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
* Replaced an outdated and inefficient solution with a state-of-the-art Content Hub.
* Enabled a seamless and improved Customer Experience for internal and external customers.
* Streamlined business processes to ensure efficient access to digital assets by the right users.
* Enhanced the quality of digital assets, resulting in a more impactful customer experience.
* Improved the overall efficiency of the company's digital asset management workflow.
* Ensured compliance with digital asset usage rights and permissions.
* Reduced content duplication and enhanced version control of digital assets.
* Increased collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams.
* Contributed to cost savings by optimizing digital asset storage and retrieval processes.

We also developed a brand new In-Store Ads Management Application. As a team, we managed, in record time, to:

* Develop a new in-store ads management application from scratch.
* Align the initiative with Delhaize's mission to offer healthy and affordable products to all customers.
* Design the application to serve attractive and relevant in-store ads to enhance the customer shopping experience.
* Integrate the application with the existing retail infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployment.
* Improve the efficiency of in-store ad creation, scheduling, and management.
* Foster collaboration between marketing and IT teams to ensure the project's success.
* Contribute to increased customer engagement through in-store advertising.
