I currently work as Transfer Pricing Senior Manager at PwC. My focus area is on transformation projects where I have been involved in tax and transfer pricing restructurings involving most European countries, the US and to some extent also China and HK. In restructuring projects much focus is placed on the BEPS developments. This position also involves assisting clients in other transfer pricing related areas, including pricing reviews and analyses, risk assessments and managing of documentation and valuation projects.

In 2010, however, I did a 6 weeks assignment with the Valuations team in order gain better understanding in valuations and to be able to apply this on transfer pricing related valuation issues. During my last two years at PwC I specialized in business restructurings, involving valuations and transfer of intangible property.
