Ik krijg energie van het bijdragen aan bedrijfsontwikkeling en -groei, waarbij mijn voornaamste kracht ligt bij het uitbouwen van de relatie en de upsell van diensten en/of producten bestaande klanten.

Mijn ervaring is dat het ontbreken van een gedegen korte- en lange termijn strategie op basis van een concreet en ambitieus lange termijn doel in veel gevallen de ontwikkeling en groei in de weg staat. Of dit nou een bedrijf of een bedrijfsonderdeel is!

Het hiermee op weg helpen van bedrijven of bedrijfsonderdelen op strategisch en uitvoerend vlak is dan ook waar mijn focus ligt. Mijn ruime kennis, ervaring en vele contacten bij distributeurs, fabrikanten en resellers binnen de ICT branche en ook daarbuiten komen hierbij goed van pas.
