From my early years with Honeywell and Rockwell Automation, to building Advance Engineers from scratch, my journey has been guided by one question:

After 30+ years in Industrial Automation, here’s an important truth:
👉 Discipline should give you energy — not drain it.
If your routine is exhausting you, it’s not discipline.
It’s misalignment.

Burnout usually comes from:
• Unrealistic daily targets
• Trying to improve everything at once
• Guilt-driven effort
• No clear priorities
Pressure increases.
Progress slows.
