As the Director of Business Development at AirTric Intelligent Sdn. Bhd., I am responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives. Our company specializes in innovative solutions for electrical and mechanical systems. Having held this role for over three years, I have successfully expanded the company's customer base, revenue, and market share.

With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade as a Director at Kenchana Maju Electrical and MB Msia Solution, I have cultivated a robust expertise in the electrical and mechanical industry. My track record demonstrates a consistent ability to deliver results that exceed expectations. Proficient in business planning, operations management, sales management, and negotiation.

My mission revolves around assisting clients in achieving their goals by providing high-quality products and services tailored to meet their specific needs and expectations.

What truly makes a business "linked-in" isn't just connection, but clarity.

That was my biggest takeaway from Dr Azhar Ahmad 🩺 excellent Let's Get Linked-In 4.0 event last night. The theme around creativity was fantastic, proving that creativity is the engine of differentiation.

I heard inspiring perspectives on how Music (Melissa Indot), Dance (Geetha), Storytelling (Johan Irwan Kamarozaman), and Art (Chooi Ling, Lau ) provide a unique pathway to clarity and healing.

For me, the connection to strategy is undeniable:

Differentiation: When you step out of the Commodity Trap and find your unique expression, you command premium value. 

Visual Systems: Just like fluid art (thanks Beth Teo), complex business problems often need to be made visible to be simplified and solved. That's why I use visualization to turn confusion into an Action Plan.
