I am a team builder, solution creator, risk taker, efficiency junkie. I believe people do their best work when they are heard, coached, challenged, and trusted. I have a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship; I love seeing the life that comes from a team challenged to push themselves and encouraged to ask questions. 

Moving from an “established company" to a start-up (and back again) made me realize innovation isn’t restricted to a type of company or industry. Your potential to disrupt and innovate is a combination of your ability to dream up new ways of doing things and the kahunas to go out and execute on them. I’ve learned to be married to the vision, not the process. What works today may not tomorrow; so we grind tirelessly but we pivot quickly.

I'm working to find and support the highest growth, highest impact, highest potential entrepreneurs in the Magic City. My goal is to see startup founders in Alabama grow beyond their wildest dreams and create pathways for those that come after.
