Hi. I'm Lydia. I'm the CEO and founder of The Joyful Path LLC and I want you to be aligned mind, body, and soul. Why? Because aligning your vibration allows you to access your own calm, focus, communication, and healing abilities. Most people are not present in their bodies; we more just hover there. I've lead 5 years of guided meditations, frequency alignment, and ASMR hypnotic suggestion, creating powerful frequency sessions which foster clear focus, communication, collaboration, and healing for individuals and teams, helping stressed professionals achieve peace, focus, and wellbeing, drug-free.

I'm also a hyper-creative, exponential thinker, and a top female composer and performer. I've overcome multiple traumas and challenges in my life, including dying and coming back, forgiving, and defying doctors who said I'd never walk again. I'm passionate about bringing connection to humanity by healing the pain in the minds and hearts of the world's citizens while continuing to sharing my love through music.
