Quick hack, si estas buscando trabajo ⚡ 

El otro día un amigo me contó cómo hizo para conseguir entrevistas súper fácil y rápido (en el pasado lo hice y también me funcionó, asi que lo comparto por acá) 👇 

1. Ingresar a Linkedin, a la sección de mensajes directos.
2. Revisa todas las conversaciones donde un reclutador te contacto por una vacante.
3.  Escribiles un mensaje breve y concreto compartiéndoles que estas nuevamente buscando tu próxima oportunidad, resalta tus principales logros y experiencias profesionales.

Eso si, antes dedica un tiempo a redactar un buen mensaje y optimizar tu perfil de LinkedIn.

PS: Esto mismo hice yo cuando me fui de Amazon para sumarme al equipo de Athyna (y fue una experiencia espectacular que duró 3 años!!)

Pasamos años en el colegio y en la universidad estudiando todo tipo de materias y el 99% se egresa con el mismo problema 👇

Todos los días hablo de esto y lo máximo que escuché fue “tuvimos un taller donde nos enseñaban a hacer un curriculum y listo”.

Hoy si no sabes usar LinkedIn te va a costar el doble.

Si no sabes venderte y tener buenas entrevistas, no vas a ser seleccionado.

Si no sabes negociar un salario, vas a dejar plata arriba de la mesa.

En un mercado laboral donde una vacante recibe entre 100 y 400 aplicaciones y sólo contratan a 1, aprender a buscar trabajo es fundamental.

Muchas veces me preguntan "y cuantas posibilidades tengo de conseguir x tipo de trabajo"? Depende de un montón de variables 👇  

El "placeability" (potencial que tiene un candidato para ser ubicado con éxito en un puesto de trabajo específico) de una persona puede ser 10 para un puesto y 1 para otros.

- Por qué?

Porque muchas veces queremos hacer un cambio de carrera muy grande (lo cual está bien) pero hay que saber que mayor el cambio, mayor el desafío.

En mi caso, siempre desempeñé roles comerciales como: account executive, sales manager, partnerships manager, etc.

Si mañana quisiera aplicar a puestos de project manager o marketing, me sería muchísimo más dificil que seguir por el camino de las ventas.

O si por ejemplo quiero irme a vivir a otro país y necesito una sponsor o una visa, mi placeability bajaría considerablemente. 

Se pueden lograr cambios grandes? Seguro! No es imposible, pero no va a ser nada fácil (especialmente en el mercado laboral actual donde sobran candidatos).

Creo que hay que tener bien en claro estas cosas para manejar expectativas.

El ratio de aceptación al programa de Job Surfers es menor al 5% porque analizamos muy bien cada caso y preferimos ser honestos desde el principio para evitar vender falsas ilusiones.
