A two-part poetic work: it opens with Three Breaths – The Poems of the Beginning from the Forbidden City cycle, then unfolds into 36 kōans across 7 thematic circles – exploring trust, courage, forgiveness, self-reflection, leadership, and ethics. Rooted in Chinese imagery yet written for a global reader, it invites quiet transformation. Each kōan is a lantern; together they form a bridge between echoes and silence.

Simple. Clear.

She greeted the hall in Korean —

“안녕하세요.”

And then she asked a simple question in Chinese:

“我是谁？”

Who am I?

Not loudly.
Not theatrically.

And before the silence could fully settle,
the arena answered.

Not politely.
Not cautiously.

But with overwhelming force.

Her name returned from thousands of voices —
not as an echo,

And in that roar, I was reminded of something essential:

Power is not in declaring who you are.
Power is in remaining whole
when the world amplifies your name beyond your own volume.

Anyone can introduce themselves.

Few can stay centered

Out of this quiet process, something clearer started to emerge:
a way of accompanying leadership that focuses less on quick solutions and more on presence, intercultural awareness, and long-term responsibility.

After this period of learning and listening, I will now begin opening a small number of mentoring spaces connected to this work.

The intention is to keep the work reflective and human in scale — not as a product, but as a dialogue.

This step grows naturally out of the broader vision behind 龍霆 ~ Lóng Tíng Enterprises, where intercultural dialogue, leadership reflection, and responsible growth meet.

I will share more about this path in the coming weeks.
