As project manager, my responsibilities are to:
- Coordinate internal teams and optimize resources
- Be the primary contact for the customer
- Ensure deliverables meet scope, budget & time

Projects are technical transfers and process validations (transport, formulation, aseptic filling, visual inspection, secondary packaging and storage) for biotech and pharma customers based in Europe, US or Asia. 

I use my interpersonal skills to lead people to performance in a fair and good atmosphere within quality guidelines.

BQG acts as a Global Life Sciences Expert Consulting Company, recruiting and investing in strong talents, integrating the latest best practices from the industry. We develop pragmatic methodologies to satisfy industry needs and regulatory requirements.

I've been involved as senior consultant and as project leader in several companies for Quality Assurance and Operations projects. Customer orientated, I'm always seeking for pragmatic and efficient solutions respecting the schedule and the budget.

The team tests synthetic organic molecules, antitumor agents, natural extracts and amino acids.
Raw materials, in process control, final products.
Stability studies.
cGMP environment.
Operational Excellence (lean, 6 sigma,...) projects and continuous improvements.
Green belt certified.
Responsible of the EHS, audits and budget (capex, opex) for the QC departement.
