- Developed a holistic vertical strategy and led the team to execute in HLS by tapping into Salesforce and our extensive partner ecosystem to understand the key details and impacts of each industry.

- Developed strategic thought leadership content to accelerate pipeline, increase customer adoption, and help buyers maximize purchasing decisions (e.g. TLP, Maturity Assessment tool, and other research papers).
- Collaborated with corporate marketing, PMM, and Product Management to define Conga 2.0 strategy.

- Orchestrated a Total Economic Impact (TEI) study and accompanying ROI calculator that showcased the value of Conga CLM products - 282% ROI in less than 6 months.
- Refreshed messaging, positioning, and sales materials for the BI Toolbox, Conga’s new embedded analytics tool.
- Led Analyst Relations, briefings, and all commissioned research on a global scale fueling top placements in evaluations.
- Responsible for understanding market needs and feedback to fuel competitive intelligence for Sales and Marketing teams.

Product Marketing Manager, CLM and AI

- Led 2 campaign coordinators to drive $155K NNMRR and 100+ new customers for our CLM suite of products.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage demand programs while staying within budget by measuring the effectiveness of multi-touch campaigns, methods, and associated ROI. 
- Developed content required to fuel marketing programs and drive demand. Consistent demand resulted in a 123% increase in leads and 329% increase in sales accepted opportunities. 
- Executed best-in-class demand strategy to launch two new products Conga Sign and Conga Contracts for Salesforce.
- Successfully migrated legacy web properties from 3 acquisitions while simultaneously attaining GDPR compliance for 250+ forms and onboarding ON24 for webinars.

Manager of Demand Generation

- Directed 2 Marketing Managers through an acquisition while maintaining pipeline, producing events, managing RFPs, building the product marketing function, and assembling a social media strategy. 
- Key decision maker in pivoting to the Salesforce market while orchestrating the launch of SalesConnect. SalesConnect was later used as a framework to build Contracts for Salesforce.
- Assembled a social media strategy resulting in a 460% growth on LinkedIn, 331% growth on Twitter, and 116% growth on Facebook. 
- Successfully planned, organized, and implemented Novatus’ inaugural user conference staying within a tight budget. This foundation led to an acquisition by Conga and is now the cornerstone of the event strategy. Current conferences have a $2M budget, hold over 450 attendees, and are hosted in the US, London, and Sydney annually to engage customers and drive NNMRR.
- Launched a marketing automation platform, GoToWebinar, Salesforce campaign tracking, and PPC agency.

Marketing Manager

- Spearheaded the overhaul of Novatus corporate website, brand, and social media channels. 
- Designed and developed the Novatus 2.0 website using a responsive Bootstrap theme.
- Built and implemented an organic SEO strategy that included keyword strategy, navigation updates, added search functionality, and easier to find content. 
- Web strategy resulted in a 30% reduction in bounce rate, increase in overall sessions, increase in average time spent viewing pages, and a jump from page 5 to page 1 in organic rankings.
