I am a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), Business Certified Appraiser (BCA), entrepreneur, and public speaker with extensive international cross-border experience. As an active leader in the national middle market M&A community, I specialize in advising family- and founder-owned businesses through transformational liquidity events.

My work centers on helping business owners navigate the sale of all or part of their companies or partner with private equity firms to accelerate growth. Leveraging a broad and trusted network of relationships with private equity groups, family offices, and strategic investors, I guide clients through complex transitions—whether preparing for a major exit, raising capital, or seeking the right long-term partner.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of moderating a General Session at the AM&AA Winter Conference: “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀"

In today’s M&A market, branding isn’t just a marketing exercise, it’s can be a value driver. Buyers increasingly reward companies with clear positioning, customer loyalty, and pricing power, which can be achieved with strong strategic branding and result in higher multiples.

I was joined by two excellent panelists, Bryan Jenkins and Paige Wiese , who shared practical, real-world perspectives on how branding directly influences enterprise value and buyer conviction. The discussion reinforced what I see repeatedly in sell-side work: the businesses that invest early in clarity and credibility tend to outperform when they go to market.

For founders, it’s all about building a durable, defensible business that buyers understand and value. When done well, it becomes a quiet but powerful lever in a successful transition.

And the Women’s 𝘏𝘪𝘨𝘩 𝘛𝘦𝘢, 𝘏𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘙𝘦𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘴 event was a standout, an elegant, thoughtful gathering and a wonderful opportunity to connect with the impressive women shaping the future of M&A.
