I'm a human rights activist and advocate for neurodivergent individuals. I help others discover their authentic self through inner healing by creating safe trauma informed spaces that facilitate belonging, inclusion and equity for all.

I  worked for seven years in medical records and billing as a medical records clerk. I enjoyed working with our customers and clients to provide solutions and provide amazing customer support. I have over ten years of teaching/training, customer service, internet research, legal services and administrative experience. I excel at creating connections with clients and providing expedient and comprehensive services. I love working as part of a team ,training and leading others. 

I also do freelance work as a social media/email marketer and community manager. I'm adept at building community , creating engaging content and connecting people with information. I'm an expert at networking and enjoy connecting with like minded people and creating a positive impact through storytelling , advocacy and education.

From a person who actually uses the food pantry here is a list of what people actually need:

Butter- very expensive item!

Oils preferably coconut or olive since they are healthier 

Cereal - we used to get it and now we never do. Easy breakfast for kids if parents are working

Oats or Oatmeal - again we used to get this and now we never do here. I use it with dried fruit to make cheap healthier cookies

Eggs- sometimes we get them and sometimes we don't. Easy to cook without a fancy kitchen and a healthy protein

Flour- another thing we rarely get for some reason, but would be more helpful and go further than a cheap loaf of bread. Maybe add in baking soda or powder and some yeast so that people can actually bake

Salad, fresh veggies or salad dressing- Again something we hardly ever get aside from potatoes and onions. Those salads at the store are also on the verge of expiring and I wish stores would donate them before they go to waste

Cheese- Rarely get it. Even a parmesan shaker is nice to have with pasta or a salad. Easy way to add protein to a meatless meal 

Salt, pepper and spices- Never got anything like this and they are expensive.

Vinegar- can use to make salad dressing and homemade natural household cleaner since those can be expensive. Multiple uses
